 Peggy Worcester is beginning her eleventh year in Real Estate (5 years as an Assistant; 6 years as a REALTOR®). She learned the business from the ground up as an Assistant in Jackson, Mississippi for one of the states top REALTORS who produced over 9 million a year in production.
Originally from Chicago, Peggy has moved several times around the country and is well aware of the stress that a move can bring. She has proudly chosen Clarksville to be her hometown. Peggy and her family reside in the Sango area off of Exit 11.
Peggy earned the designation of Life Member of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries following many years of charitable endeavors.
She is devoted to her family - husband and two adult sons, which include their two Yorkshire Terriers, Max and Sadie, who are the “Tennessee Home Pros" team mascots.
She truly enjoys working with buyers and sellers, showing her husband Randy, how rewarding it is to help people find their ideal home. This resulted in Randy entering in to the real estate business. Her ultimate goal is to make your move a smooth one. Peggy’s strength lies in her positive spirit, attention to detail, and follow through.
In 2007 Peggy and Randy formed the "Tennessee Home Pros" team, one of the top Real Estate teams in Clarksville.
In 2009, Peggy earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) certification.
August 2010, Randy and Peggy became franchise owners of Avalar Real Estate, Clarksville, TN.

 Randy was honored to be named the Clarksville Association of Realtor's Realtor of the Year. He was also elected to the Board of Directors for the Association. With a degree in marketing and an MBA in finance, Randy Worcester has the perfect education to guide you in buying or creatively selling your home.

Randy has been designated an ePRO® by the National Association of REALTORS® for his knowledge of technology and innovative online-based real estate services. Only 3% of Clarksville's agents have achieved this status. In his first year, Randy was named a Keller Williams Rookie of the Year. He also was certified as an eAgent by Keller Williams Realty International.
Randy believes in giving back to the community. He is passionate about devoting time to the community. With the Clarksville Rotary Club, he was presented with the Paul Harris fellowship. With the Boy Scouts of America, he is a Silver Beaver, and Distinguished Council Commissioner. He has also trained to be a Clarksville Citizen Forester. He is a member of the Tennessee Preservation Trust which seeks to promote preservation of historic homes and sites.
After over 20 years in a high technology industry, he converted to a real estate career to spend more time with his wife, Peggy who had been a member of the Keller Williams Family for several years. Danielle is the Team’s connection to Fort Campbell. She was a military spouse for over 7 years. Her husband continues to work at Fort Campbell, so she is still immersed in the military life.
Originally from Northern Virginia, she considers herself lucky to have transferred to Clarksville.
A mother of two, Danielle has been able to find the balance between her work and motherhood. She is very involved in her children’s sports; gymnastics & karate.
When not showing homes, she enjoys spending her time on her art, scrapbooking, and reading.

 As a native Tennessean, Jenny grew up in Nashville. After graduating from McGavock High School, she graduated Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Business Administration.
She married her wonderful husband, had two children, and moved to several different cities within Tennessee. During that time she worked in customer service, was a stay at home mom, and worked in the banking industry. Jenny knows the challenges and joys of being a working mom and a stay at home mom.  Tiffany has been working in real estate since 2007. She received her license in 2008 and has been showing and selling homes in Clarksville ever since. She moved to Clarksville in 2002 and knows all areas of Montgomery County very well.
She also works in Christian County in Kentucky, Cheatham, Robertson, Davidson, Stewart, and Dixon Counties in Tennessee. A lot of her experience has been working with foreclosures and she is now working with REO properties.
